Executive coach, trainer and facilitator with clients in Asia, Europe and the U.S. Terri provides leadership trainings and transformational coaching to senior leaders and top executives. Her most passionate work is in the areas of conscious leadership, purposeful communication, authenticity and living and leading with courage.

Terri can be found coaching c-suite executives and running large-scale leadership development programs designed to generate more conscious ways of living and leading by increasing self-awareness and helping clients to stop working from automatic pilot, access a stronger sense of self and a more intentional way of being. Her work draws on the concepts of adult development, polarities, daring leadership, radical responsibility and managing uncertainty. She maintains a whole system perspective and emphasizes building strong relational capabilities.

She brings to her work, 10 years of experience in the international pharmaceutical industry. Prior to this, she worked in clinical genetics managing the care of families with genetic conditions followed by a director role for one of the largest non-profit organizations in the U.S. Today she applies her skills across a variety of industries, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, banking, agriculture, technology, education, management consulting, engineering, consumer goods and non-profits.

Terri has a background in the biological sciences and holds Master’s degrees in human Genetics and Public Health. She is a certified transformational coach and a professional certified coach with the International Coaching Federation. She is a certified facilitator in the research of Dr. Brené Brown and is also qualified in the Leadership Circle Profile assessment.

Terri is originally from the U.S. and has lived and worked in Shanghai, China and Basel, Switzerland, where she is currently based. Her native language is English. She is conversational in Spanish, German and Mandarin.
