Sarah Piff, ACC

Executive and Team Coach

Sarah Piff is an executive and team coach who brings over 20 years of experience leading people and managing complex systems across higher education and professional services. Known for her calm, grounded presence, Sarah helps leaders navigate uncertainty and dynamic environments with clarity and confidence.

As a deeply reflective and systems-oriented coach, Sarah believes most workplace challenges stem from flawed processes, not flawed people. Her coaching provides leaders with the space to pause, filter out noise, and uncover the patterns shaping their performance and team dynamics. Her work consistently supports individuals and teams in strengthening relationships and building systems that sustain high performance over time.

Sarah partners with executives, managers, and emerging leaders to cultivate values-aligned leadership. One client shared, “She is a great listener, has patience, and asks thought-provoking questions. Her kindness and the resources that she shared were valuable to me.”

Prior to coaching, Sarah built and led a global client success team from the ground up at an executive coaching consultancy, supporting organizations in bringing their talent and culture initiatives to life. Combining data-driven insights with a deep understanding of human dynamics, she partnered with executive teams, HR, and business leaders to design and implement strategies that strengthen teams and foster thriving workplace cultures.

Sarah holds an ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and certifications in Organizational Analysis and Intercultural Dialogue. She has coached leaders across a range of industries, including law, professional services, higher education, health care, manufacturing, and retail.

On a personal note, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and their beloved dog. An amateur potter and serious sweet tooth, she also finds joy in reading a book a week.
