Dr. Rachel Fichter is a scholar-practitioner with a dynamic background spanning corporate leadership, coaching, advisory, and academia. Formerly a Vice President at S\&P Global and Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase, she brings decades of leadership experience to her coaching work, grounded in a lifelong commitment to learning and transformative change.

Rachel holds an MBA from Duke University and a Doctorate in Adult Learning and Leadership from Columbia University, where she also serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor. She teaches coaching at Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas and is a published author whose research focuses on collective leadership, complexity, and sustainability.

Her coaching philosophy blends structured analysis with bold intuition, shaped in part by her experience as a professional cellist who performed globally. This unique lens informs her practical, results-oriented approach, helping leaders enhance their presence, navigate transitions, and implement strategies for meaningful progress.
