Dr. Rachel Fichter is a scholar-practitioner with a dynamic background spanning corporate leadership, coaching, advisory, and academia. Formerly a Vice President at S\&P Global and Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase, she brings decades of leadership experience to her coaching work, grounded in a lifelong commitment to learning and transformative change.

Rachel holds an MBA from Duke University and a Doctorate in Adult Learning and Leadership from Columbia University, where she also serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor. She teaches coaching at Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas and is a published author whose research focuses on collective leadership, complexity, and sustainability.

Her coaching philosophy blends structured analysis with bold intuition, shaped in part by her experience as a professional cellist who performed globally. This unique lens informs her practical, results-oriented approach, helping leaders enhance their presence, navigate transitions, and implement strategies for meaningful progress.

Rachel specializes in coaching senior leaders through pivotal moments—particularly executive succession and expanded responsibilities. She supports clients in increasing self-awareness, refining leadership style, and building confidence to lead effectively amid complexity. Her work helps leaders:
