Ina Mulrooney, PEC

Executive & Leadership Coach

Ina is an accredited Professional Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching. She has a particular interest in leadership coaching, coaching for high performance, career transition, and building resilience. Ina is committed to lifelong learning, building capability, and unlocking the development potential of the clients she works with.

Ina’s HR management experience spans the renewable energy, high-tech manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and financial sectors. A member of the Associate Faculty at the National College of Ireland, Ina teaches and assesses on CIPD-accredited L&D programmes with an emphasis on coaching in organizations.

Ina engages in deep discovery with sponsors and programme leads to identify strategic drivers and the desired outcomes underpinning each engagement. Within that overarching context, individual coaching relationships become thought partnerships, and the coaching space is designed collaboratively with each client to foster new thinking, insight, and meaningful action.

Ina partners primarily with leaders and managers within organizations to support their professional development and effectiveness. This includes debriefing and leveraging insights from a range of 360 assessments and tools.

At times, coaching is aligned to specific leadership domains, competency frameworks, or development feedback. At other times, it supports career progression, contributes to leadership development programmes, or is sought during moments of strategic decision making, transition, or challenge.

Three lenses inform Ina’s coaching approach:

A systems view: understanding the individual, their role, and the organizational and sectoral context they are navigating

Positive psychology: integrating insights from neuroscience

A strengths-based, solution-focused perspective
