She holds a BA in Psychology from Wagner College and an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. A certified ICF-accredited Executive Coach and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) practitioner, Elaina is also trained in OD methodologies, Lean, and Six Sigma.
