Dominic Weeks is a career coach who helps young professionals (ages 18–24) build fulfilling careers and make a positive impact on their communities. He is particularly passionate about empowering early-career individuals through confidence-building, essential skills development, and effective job search strategies.

After gaining over 10 years of experience in career development, Dominic served as Director of Career and Education Services at Covenant House DC, where he led initiatives to support residents in transitional living facilities. He later joined the Sustainable Forestry Initiative as a Program Manager for a career readiness program, working with young professionals from the United States and Canada. In 2021, he founded Seasoned Pro Careers LLC, through which he has since helped more than 3,000 professionals achieve their career goals.

Having forged strong partnerships with over 50 employers across the construction, restaurant, and tech industries, Dominic offers a unique perspective on what opportunities exist and how young job seekers can position themselves effectively. He understands that entering the workforce can feel daunting and that soft skills, community connections, and practical training are often as important as formal qualifications.

Today, Dominic combines his extensive background in community development and industry partnerships with his commitment to holistic coaching. He has also spearheaded projects such as community greenhouses and provided soft skills training to SNAP Grant recipients. Through his work, he helps young professionals overcome uncertainty, develop confidence, and take meaningful steps toward long-term career success.
