 As an Executive Coach, Dana brings more than twenty years’ experience in business acumen, professional services, leadership, business development/marketing, product development, business process re-engineering, risk management, organization assessment, organization transformation and human development in both corporate and consulting areas. In the corporate area, she’s held VP/Director level roles in the financial and retail industries where she led several successful business development and organizational transformation efforts. Her breadth and depth of business acumen is drawn from her experience working with small startups to large global Fortune 500 organizations. Her expertise includes results-based coaching for increased individual and team performance ensuring alignment between the individual’s development objectives and the organization’s strategy.
