Research and Special Projects Lead - Intern

Charlotte Errico facilitates Research & Special Projects at LAeRRICO Partners, where she develops research-informed content to support the firm’s executive coaching and leadership development work. Her work focuses on making complex ideas clear, structured, and usable, helping ensure that coaching programs are grounded in thoughtful analysis and real-world application.

Charlotte is a sophomore at Saint Andrew’s School in Boca Raton, Florida, where she follows a rigorous STEM-focused academic track. She has strong interests in engineering, economics, and applied research, and is particularly interested in how data and human behavior shape decision-making and leadership. She is actively involved in the TED program at her school, having delivered a talk, served as a program instructor, and currently working as Associate Director of the TEDxMiznerBoulevard event. She approaches both academic and professional work with curiosity, attention to detail, and a focus on innovative ideas.
