Anna is a leadership coach based in Switzerland with more than 20 years of experience in the global pharmaceutical industry. Her corporate background includes senior roles across R&D and Technical Operations, where she led cross-functional teams, supported major organizational transformations, and facilitated cultural change in complex, international environments.

Drawing on this experience and on globally recognized credentials in transformational coaching, Anna blends analytical rigor with a deeply human-centered approach to leadership development. She works with senior leaders navigating high-stake decisions, change, and organizational complexity, helping them elevate their leadership effectiveness and personal resilience.

Specializing in Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), Anna brings a unique expertise to her coaching practice. She leverages both scientific understanding and personal insight into the HSP trait to support leaders in reconnecting with their sensitivity as a strategic asset rather than a limitation. Her approach integrates emotional intelligence, body-mind awareness, and evidence-based methods to foster authentic, adaptive, and purpose-driven leadership.

Anna holds a Master’s Degree in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology and a Master’s in Journalism and Scientific Communication. She is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and a Certified Agile Leader (SHIFT314/Evolve2B).

Originally from Italy, she has been living and working in Switzerland for the past 12 years. She coaches in English (fluent) and Italian (native), and is conversational in French and German.
