Angelique is an Executive Coach and OD Consultant who leverages over 30 years of human resources experience to guide professionals through their leadership development and career journey. She has advised and coached hundreds of professionals throughout her career. Although her most recent work has been in coaching and organizational development, she started her career as a tax accountant and has held positions in sales, finance, consulting (disease management) and process improvement. These career experiences gave her a strong business foundation which provides the context for her coaching and consulting work.

Angelique’s mission is to help professionals achieve their leadership development and career goals. Her coaching style is a balance of warmth and empathy with openness and candor. She creates an environment where complex issues/problems can be solved. Her focus is on achieving results.

Angelique has worked in a wide variety of industries including pharmaceutical, financial services, insurance (health/dental/property & casualty), aviation, media events, non-profit, and professional services (government and private sector) and also led as HR as CHRO at ABM Industries, Selective Insurance and Emerald.

Angelique’s clients have included early career professionals, mid-level management, executives and CEOs. She is a certified coach from the Hudson Institute of Coaching and has International Federation of Coaching (ICF) certification. She is also certified in Hogan Assessments and DISC.

She received her MBA in HR and Org Behavior from Northwestern University and a BS in Accounting from Georgetown University.. She also has a Certificate in OD, Consulting and Change Leadership from Georgetown University.
