Aman’s coaching focuses on expanding a leader’s internal capacity so they can lead through greater external complexity.

Aman works with Founders, CEOs and VP leaders across industries to build self, team and systems awareness for the long-term growth of their company. Aman is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with over 2500 hours of coaching and has trained thousands of leaders. She has worked with a number of start up founders and established organizations in tech, bio-tech, health-care, finance, non-profit, education and government agenices. She helps leaders develop a conscious and empathetic executive pesent through her focus on the subconscious and adult (ego) development research. Drawing on wisdom, compassion and research are cornerstones to her approach.

Aman served as the Director of Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership Executive Coaching Program where she also taught Adult and Human Development and was a mentor coach. She coached in the Bush-Clinton Presidential Leadership Scholars Program and the Yale Women’s Leadership Program. She currently coaches in the White House Leadership development program.

Aman served as the Head of Executive Development and Coaching at Lyft Inc. She developed the capability from the ground up, recruited the team and established a wide range of leadership programs and offerings for Director, VP and C-Level leaders. Prior to that she designed, delivered and led leadership development programs internally for Booz Allen and across the Federal Government. She has also designed coaching and leadership programs for educational non-profits.

Aman holds several advanced degrees in human development, human behavior and psychology. She is certified in over a dozen leadership, coaching and personality assessment to include 360s. She designs custom 360 processes to deliver effective and tailored feedback. She has also designed multi-year large scale leadership programs for high potential and executive leaders.
