Adam Smith is a facilitator, coach, and consultant with more than 35 years of experience working in and partnering with organizations across various sectors.

Adam began his career in marketing with AT&T and then led engagements and managed client relationships for top international retained executive search firms. In his roles, Adam led consulting engagements including competitor landscape and compensation studies, senior leadership team assessments, succession planning, organization assessment and design, change, and process improvement. Prior to that, Adam completed graduate studies in behavioral science, business, and organizational development, and has also worked with Fortune 500 and Global 1,000 corporations as well as nonprofit, higher education, international multilateral, and federal sector clients.
As a leadership coach, Adam has performed over 4,000 hours of coaching with senior leaders and leadership teams, with over 1,000 clients across sixty-three countries, serving as their partner in achieving success. His experience spans all levels and functions including Board, CEO, C-Suite, Division Presidents and Business Unit Leaders, and across Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales, HR, R&D, IT, Government Affairs, and beyond.
