​She has experienced commercial success across numerous industries, and within various areas of responsibility and has held roles of increasing responsibility in Human Resources for two decades. In 2016 Leigh Ann joined Daiichi Sankyo, a global pharmaceutical company headquartered in Japan, to drive their corporate transformation as VP of HR. Previously, she served as a VP within Global HR for Schering Plough (now Merck). Through these senior roles over decades in Healthcare, Leigh Ann has developed a massive network and is a key influencer and connector in this industry who understands the various cultures and considerations to help clients successfully navigate.​

​Personally, Leigh Ann has been married for 20 years and is the proud mother of 4 children. In what little spare time exists, she loves animals, the beach, watching college basketball, and to play golf. Philanthropic works are another passion and in 2013, she founded Wear the Cape™ along with the 501C3-approved kidkind foundation to promote kindness for children and combat bullying.
