Leigh Ann Errico

“I feel immensely fortunate to have had Leigh Ann as my coach. She combined deep empathy for me as a person with sharp insight about a few specific but very important ways that I could engage the C-suite, team, and my peers more effectively. She helped me apply this insight to real-life work situations as they arose and coached me to work toward the goal of incorporating these insights into my behavior consistently.  I am a better professional because of Leigh Ann's coaching, and I am grateful to her!”SVP, Biopharma Industry

Leigh Ann Errico is the CEO and Founder of LAeRRICO & Partners. Leigh Ann’s passion is to have a significant impact on leaders. As the founder, Leigh Ann runs a high touch firm and strives to ensure every client and sponsor experience is exceptional.

As a deeply empathetic and yet very direct certified coach, Leigh Ann recognizes that leaders need a safe place to show up with no judgment to help unpack and make meaning of daily life while charting a course for the future. Much of this work is done through understanding each leader’s unique life story and what got the person to this moment in time. Ultimately, through the power of deep inquiry Leigh Ann prompts leaders to be accountable for noticing patterns and making shifts that will catalyze impact and optimal outcomes for the organization and the leader.

“Sweet Spots” for Leigh Ann’s coaching include; C-Suite, New Leader with New Team, Turnarounds, Rising Leaders, Executive Presence & Personal Brand, Imposter Syndrome, Burnout to Thriving, and Stakeholder Influence.

Mental and Physical Wellbeing are a key component to Leigh Ann's coaching. Along with JP Errico and Amy Yeager, she recently developed a groundbreaking new curriculum, From Surviving to Thriving, to teach people how to harness the power of their nervous system—including the VAGUS NERVE.

She has experienced commercial success across numerous industries, and within various areas of responsibility and has held roles of increasing responsibility in Human Resources for two decades. Most recently, in 2016 Leigh Ann joined Daiichi Sankyo, a global pharmaceutical company headquartered in Japan, to drive their corporate transformation as VP of HR. Previously, she served as a VP within Global HR for Schering Plough (now Merck). Through these senior roles over decades in Healthcare, Leigh Ann has developed a massive network and is a key influencer and connector in this industry who understands the various cultures and considerations to help clients successfully navigate.

Personally, Leigh Ann has been married for 20 years and is the proud mother of 4 children. In what little spare time exists, she loves animals, the beach, watching college basketball, and to play golf. Philanthropic works are another passion and in 2013, she founded Wear the Cape™ along with the 501C3-approved kidkind foundation to promote kindness for children and combat bullying.
