Leigh Ann Errico, PCC

CEO & Founder
Consultant, Coach, Facilitator & Trainer

“I feel immensely fortunate to have had Leigh Ann as my coach. She combined deep empathy for me as a person with sharp insight about a few specific but very important ways that I could engage the C-suite, team, and my peers more effectively. She helped me apply this insight to real-life work situations as they arose and coached me to work toward the goal of incorporating these insights into my behavior consistently.  I am a better professional because of Leigh Ann's coaching, and I am grateful to her!” — SVP, Biopharma Industry
