Jennifer Budd, ACTC, PCC
Executive & Team Coach, Leadership Advisor
Jennifer Budd works with senior leaders and leadership teams navigating complexity, organizational change, and the evolving demands of leadership in the age of artificial intelligence.
She is particularly known for helping executive teams strengthen how they think, decide, and work together. Through executive and team coaching, Jennifer helps leaders step back from habitual patterns, broaden their perspective, and build the awareness required to lead more effectively in rapidly changing environments. Clients value her ability to create the reflective space where leaders can challenge assumptions, surface new insights, and translate those insights into better decisions and stronger team performance.
Organizations often engage Jennifer when leadership teams are navigating significant change, struggling to align around priorities, or seeking to operate at a higher level of trust, clarity, and accountability. Her work helps leaders and teams develop sustainable leadership habits so they can self-correct and adapt long after a coaching engagement ends.
Jennifer brings more than twenty years of experience in leadership development, talent strategy, and organizational consulting. She began her career at NASA, where she led the talent development function for the Glenn Research Center and designed one of the first agency-wide development programs for emerging leaders — a program that later became recognized as a best practice across the Federal government. She went on to lead leadership development and talent strategy initiatives at organizations including Babcock & Wilcox and Goodyear, gaining deep insight into the challenges leaders face in complex, high-pressure environments.
Jennifer is also a recognized leader in the field of team coaching. She was among the first coaches globally to earn the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) from the International Coaching Federation, one of the most rigorous credentials in the profession.
Increasingly, Jennifer works with organizations navigating the human and leadership implications of artificial intelligence. She helps leaders strengthen judgment, adaptability, and critical thinking as technology reshapes how decisions are made and how teams operate. Jennifer teaches executive education programs on leadership and AI-enabled workplaces at Case Western Reserve University.
Jennifer is the founder of Development Unbound, where she partners with leaders and organizations to create the clarity, awareness, and alignment needed to lead effectively in complex environments.
