A Georgetown-trained leadership coach, Angelo has more than 25 years of experience helping leaders and organizations lead effectively, manage change, and engage employees. He has held leadership roles with NII Holdings, IFC (World Bank Group), Sodexo, AOL & AOL Time Warner, RLM Strategic Communications, and the U.S. Department of State.

His expertise includes strategy development, leadership communications, global and cross-cultural communication, change leadership, employee engagement, and building high-performing teams. He is also experienced in metrics, measurement, and surveys. Angelo is certified in MBTI, SDI, TKI, The Leadership Circle Profile 360, FIRO-B, and DISC, and is fluent in Spanish.

As a coach, Angelo takes a holistic approach to help clients identify priorities and build sustainable leadership capability. He has coached leaders across sectors on vision development, leadership transitions, team dynamics, political savvy, cross-cultural communication, and career development.

Angelo teaches in American University’s Key Executive Leadership program and has served as adjunct faculty at George Washington University and American University. He is also a board member of EcoAction Arlington.

He holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School, an M.A. in International Affairs from the University of Chicago, and certificates in Leadership Coaching and Change Leadership from Georgetown University. He is a former Presidential Management Fellow and Thomas J. Watson Fellow.
