A senior executive with over 30 years’ experience in Human Resources and Talent Development, Jayne Johnson has successfully engaged and led organizations in enterprise-wide change efforts focused on the development, advancement and retention of top-performing talent.
Jayne has partnered with global executives at the C-suite and across multiple industries, ranging from the life sciences to financial services, manufacturing and consumer packaged goods (CPG). She is an executive and team coach and a thought leader in talent management and leadership development. Her strong business acumen and listening skills combined with her collaborative and candid style makes her a fan among executives and their teams.
Jayne’s corporate career started at GE where she held multiple roles over two decades culminating with her leading leadership development and customer education at GE Crotonville, one of the world’s first corporate universities in history. She has also served as Chief Learning Officer at Deloitte and VP Talent & Organization Development for Keurig Dr. Pepper (formerly Keurig Green Mountain), as well as two bio-tech companies, Vertex Pharmaceuticals and Alkermes.
Jayne has been a member of a few boards, including the Institute for Corporate Productivity’s (i4cp) Chief Learning & Talent Officer Board, the Southern Connecticut chapter of Association for Talent Development (ATD) as well as the Executive Committee of The Conference Board’s (TCB) Executive Council for Talent and Organizational Development. She is a contributing author for the newly released book “Building an Award-Winning Learning Organization”, ATD Publishing.
