Janeen M. Latini, best-selling author of Love to Lead. Lead to Love. and Stack It Up! is a Professional Certified leadership coach, a Change Management Advanced Practitioner, an organizational strategist, and a no-kidding truth-teller.

After a successful 20+ year management consulting career, Janeen left her executive position at Booz Allen Hamilton to focus full time on developing leaders and their teams. As the founder and Managing Partner of Latini Leadership, Janeen prepares leaders to be successful in high-visibility, high-pressure situations, while finding balance in their everyday lives. Her passion is creating healthy work environments where people thrive and where leaders and teams embrace joy while they achieve.

Janeen’s first book, Love to Lead. Lead to Love. presents her Five Totems of Leadership as guiding principles to support leaders on their journey. Her second book, Stack It Up! applies these leadership principals to the most expensive challenge in business today: retaining top talent. 

Dedicated to helping leaders find and express their unique voice, Janeen crafted programs to support the leaders’ journey. “From Stuck to Skyrocket” serves those who have experienced a lull in their career and who want to re-energize their path. “You Got This” taps into inner creativity to live into the good and let go of anything unnecessary. Both programs are rooted in the belief that yes, you can have the life you imagine.

Janeen’s consulting experience includes strategic planning, change management, communications, organizational development, facilitation, training, and IT development and implementation. She is adept at visioning and strategy development as well as supporting program implementation to help clients accelerate change adoption and reach stated goals. Janeen is a seasoned program manager who has led cross-functional teams of over 100 people. She is a skilled business leader who successfully built and managed portfolios exceeding $50M/year.

During change initiatives, much is asked of leaders: to be the face of a program, to provide strategic vision, to be a swift decision-maker and to offer rewards generously. But what support is given to these leaders so that they can, in fact, deliver all that is asked? This is where Janeen delivers applied leadership in real-time.  What began as change-coaching for senior leaders developed into a broader practice of leadership coaching, strategy and support. Janeen has developed individual coaching plans, team development programs, and change management strategies for global clients.  Currently Janeen is a member of the International Coach Federation & Association of Change Management Professionals Joint Task Force to optimize the synergies between change management and coaching.
