Barrhonda’s eclectic coaching approach blends her diverse background in operational leadership, process engineering and human resources with psychological theories such a cognitive behavioral theory, positive psychology and self-discrepancy theory. Barrhonda offers over twenty-two years of corporate business experience with a fortune 100 company and over fourteen years of internal and external leadership coaching and facilitation experience. Her business experience includes operations leadership and process engineering. Barrhonda also serves as teaching faculty and executive coach for Virginia Commonwealth University’s School of Business - Executive Graduate Programs and Georgetown University’s Institute of Transformational Leadership.

On a personal note, Barrhonda is a mother, an entrepreneur and subscribes to “living with no regrets.”
